Becoming Your Authentic Self With Holy Fire Reiki

· 32 min

What if the personality you've spent your whole life identifying with isn't actually your authentic self? In this episode, I explore how family, society, culture, and past experiences shape our identity, and how Holy Fire Reiki has helped me peel back those layers of conditioning to reconnect with who I truly am.

Overheard in this episode:

  • Spiritual Karaoke: Let it all work out

  • Angel card pull with messages for listeners

  • How you may be unintentionally creating resistance in your life

  • The culturally created self vs. the authentic self

  • Childhood conditioning and the masks we wear

  • My personal path of rediscovering who I really am

  • How Reiki has supported my healing and deconditioning

  • Religious trauma, spiritual amnesia, and reconnecting with your higher potential

  • Choosing the uncertain path of your authentic self over the familiar, conditioned one

  • Upcoming Holy Fire Reiki and Animal Reiki trainings
